Very rustic but good rooms and friendly people. We were very positively surprised in view of the comparatively bad reviews.

It was all dark when we arrived Innkeeper wasn't particularly friendly We didn't get anything to eat at a quarter to eight, although hot food was advertised. Breakfast was ok, room clean and warm.

Nice hotel, which also allows a late arrival. Directly opposite is a beer garden with home-style cooking. Suitable for short-term overnight stays.

Speluna! It's a joke for the money. Plaster is peeling off the walls, bee hive in the window so it cannot be opened, holes in door frames clogged with toilet paper, dishes in the room dirty. I definitely do not recommend it

Down-to-earth hotel with a beer garden on the other side of the street. There is live music from an integrated stage at the best of the hour. The manager there is a Würtemberg original. Good entertainment included. Drinks and food are served very quickly. All good. Don't understand the bad reviews. These people should first come up with the right facts and not do everything badly.

The owners are a bit peculiar, which does not take the sympathy. The room old fashioned but clean and comfortable. Price-performance ratio is right, we felt comfortable. Star deduction for the meager breakfast.

The best part is the location of the beer garden and the beer itself. The rest is not recommended. Price-performance ratio is not right at all. Prices way too expensive and you get a lot of ready-made products to eat. Thanks I can do that at home for only 1/3 of the price. We were there for the last time. Even in times of Corona, mouthguards and disinfecting the tables are missing here. We paid 40 € for 2x Vespers and 4 drinks. Would be reasonably priced if the products were fresh.

After waiting an hour, still no order has been taken. After I had to place an order myself with a slip of paper at the kitchen, no food was served even after 1.5 hours of waiting. I noticed the same problems with other guests. Got up and left after this unprofessional and disappointing performance. The kebab in the neighboring town only took 5 minutes!

Eaten mega delicious. Big portions for good prices. Ideally located for cyclists or hikers right in the village. Spare ribs from the smoker, as you would imagine. Highly recommended!

The perfect beer garden right on the Tauber for nice evenings after a long day of cycling to relax. The host is friendly and very helpful (we had a small bike breakdown :-)). Delicious food, very good value for money and friendly service with pleasant music in the background. Room i. O. (clean) and functional. Breakfast with orange juice u. Eggs completely sufficient even in Corona times. Keep it up! We would love to come back!

Come with a registered group, food selection made and handed in beforehand. Drinks came quickly. Down-to-earth cuisine, heavily pork-heavy. Ready-made spaetzle, unfortunately only the homemade side salad was convincing. The warning sign above the counter: Caution, the chef is cooking here. A solution after a hike - but only once.

Nice little family business, with garden terrace at the river. For one night it was ok. Breakfast buffet was sufficient if you are not choosy.

Went on a motorcycle today and stopped at the Krone for lunch. Food was very good. That's how it should be. The service with your Bavarian charm was very nice and funny! On our next trip through the Tauber Valley we come back!

The food was from the microwave ☹ the meat was tough and tough, the spaetzle I do much better at home. You can go, but you do not have to. Unless the other restaurant is currently closed or has a closed society.

The hotel has an ambience that fits exactly to the lovely Tauber valley. Very nice and suitable for those who do not need modern but value cleanliness and care that everything important is offered. This includes the friendly staff, which responds to his guests. Highly recommended.

Nice hotel, comfortable beds, the best beer in the region, a very friendly host with humor, delicious food at reasonable prices and one of the most beautiful beer gardens I know. All in all a perfect stay. I will gladly come again.
